Can I return or exchange a product if I am not satisfied?

The user has fourteen (14) days to return a product that is not there; satisfied. This period starts from the delivery requested. Within this time frame, you could return this product (shipping costs on your own) along with the purchase ticket or invoice.

The withdrawal does not require an indication of the reason.

Said right of withdrawal will not be applicable to products made according to specifications given by you, that is, clearly personalized.

We advise you to protect your article (s), as it will be responsible for the possible damage suffered during transport. Therefore, we suggest you return the merchandise to us by certified mail or carrier and with insurance for the value of the product. This insurance will be for you very useful in case of damage or loss of the merchandise by the transport company. In any case, the possible costs of the return are borne by the consumer.

Avoid, any kind of damage, deterioration or dirtiness in the merchandise. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging, complete and with all its accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, be sure to return the merchandise in an adequate packaging, so that it is sufficiently protected from damage during transport, to avoid as well possible compensation for deterioration of the merchandise resulting from improper packaging.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If you wish to return an article, for a quick procedure, we recommend you follow the following procedure:
                        - Send an email to atencionalcliente@teleadhesivo.com indicating the order number and the items you wish to return. If you wish you can also tell us the same information by phone at 902 013 652 or 974 22 83 86.
                        - Next, please return the merchandise in its original packaging, complete and with all its accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, be sure to return the merchandise in an adequate packaging, so that it is sufficiently protected from damage during transport, to avoid as well possible compensation for damage to the merchandise resulting from improper packaging.
                        - For the shipment you can use any messenger agency. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer, that is why we recommend that you send it to us by Certified Post for being a safe and economical way to make the shipment.

In case of refund:

If the product is returned within fourteen days after delivery to your home, Teleadhesive will reimburse you. by the same method used by you to make the payment. In case that said method of reimbursement is not viable, Teleadhesive will reimburse you. by Bank transfer. In case of technical analysis of the product within the framework of the right of withdrawal, Teleadhesive will do everything possible to reimburse the user in the shortest time.
