Orders are processed on the first working day following their completion. Delivery times are calculated in working days and may be altered by local or national holidays.

Please note that if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, we will not be able to ship your order until we receive confirmation of the transfer.

MuralDecal.com reserves the right to vary the delivery method and company by which this is carried out, independent of that which is set forth in these conditions, provided that such action is in no way detrimental to the client.

Delivery times can be extended in exceptional cases, such as lack of material, a high volume of orders, or delays caused by local or national holidays.

Since November 2020, we are shipping only to UK, USA, Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and Canada.
