Sticker The Exploited. It is a hardcore punk band from Edinburgh, Scotland, formed at the end of 1979 and still active. Their debut album was Punk's Not Dead in 1981 and one of the most famous was Troops of Tomorrow in 1982. It is worth mentioning songs such as Alternative, Dead Cities, Fuck The USA or the mythical Sex and violence.
