Warranty

All purchases from TeleAdhesivo.com come with a 2 years warranty.

If your product arrives in poor condition, or is not the measurement, color, positioning, or finish that you have requested, we will take care of everything (collection, replacement ...) at no extra cost to you, provided that the product has not been used or installed. Please contact our Customer Service department and we will explain to you how to proceed.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise over time. Logically, defects or imperfections caused by incorrect use of the material or wear and caused by normal use are not covered by this warranty.

Limitations in the functionality of the materials due their nature are also excluded from warranty coverage. For this reason, and to avoid unexpected surprises, we recommend that you consult our information pages and our catalogs, and that you make use of the expert advice provided by our Customer Service department.

Returns and Exchanges

TeleAdhesivo.com orders are manufactured and prepared to the specifications of each client. Orders begin to be manufactured every day at 7 in the morning. A final confirmation step is part of every order made to ensure that the order placed is correct in terms of units, colors, positioning and measurements, and to avoid the subsequent return of adhesives. We will also send a confirmation email asking that you review your order.

You have seven (7) business days to return a product. Within this period, you can return the product in the same tube in which you received it. You can return it by Certified Mail or courier

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

We only accept products that are shipped in original packaging, in as-new and complete condition (with instructions, glue, etc ...).We will not accept articles that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or otherwise deteriorated.

Once returned we will exchange your product or return your money.

If the payment is COD, TeleAdhesivo.com will refund you via bank transfer.

The right to return will not apply to products manufactured according to specifications given by you, that is to say, items which are clearly personalized.

Modifications

After ordering you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that once your order is confirmed, the products are manufactured, packaged and shipped on the following day. As such, you should review your order to make sure that all details are correct. To make modifications to an order please contact us by telephone as soon as possible within our working hours of 7h00 to 15h00. In case of modifications, TeleAdhesivo.com reserves the right to send the product later than the originally estimated shipping date.

If you have to change the delivery address, check that your order has not yet been sent. Contact us by telephone to let us know the address where you want shipment to be made.
